Usage instruction:Step 1: Place the mouth of cup in the position of the need, put the pump head cover on the tail of the cup, press strongly on the cup and the pump is sealed.
Step 2: With the contraction, using four fingers close to the pump handle, pull close to the palm. To increase the suction power, you can pump (2-3 times) depending on the strength and endurance of the person be cupped (each time pumping pressure from 0.8kg / cm2 to 1kg / cm2).
Step 3: When the suction is enough, withdraw the pump from the tail of the cup, the glass stays on the skin for a long or quick time depending on the person be cupped (usually about 3-5 minutes).
Step 4: After pulling the pump head off the tail. Use your index finger to lightly touch the tip of the tail of the cup.
Step 5: To get the cup off, use two fingers to pull lightly on the tail at the bottom of the cup, the cup immediately leave the skin.
Step 6: After finishing, you do oil massage.
Use medical alcohol to sterilize the glass for the next.
Note:In case of non-suction cup, you should push the red phosphorus to the tail of the cup.
Before attaching pump into the cup, use hand pull the tige’s cup slightly.
Avoid contact with high temperatures.
